The core USP of this AI Title Attorney is that the outputs sit side-by-side against the source block it came from and the state/county statute that was applied to reach it. The system is patent-pending.

We have a 10-year continued collaboration history across Investment Banking & Technology. Most recently, we deployed property tax automation at PwC which is running live globally now at 96% zero-intervention accuracy and saving 1,000+ man-hours/month.

Every financed home purchase in America needs title insurance, and behind every policy sits an examiner tracing that property’s history back thirty to sixty years - deeds, liens, land records, handwritten maps - hunting for anything that could threaten ownership. The rules shift by state and county (that’s 50 states and 3144 counties each with thousands of quirks). And then there are underwriters who impose additional requirements.

It’s a twenty-billion-dollar market, and four billion of it is legal work still done by hand. That’s the service we’re automating. But the stakes are brutal: one missed lien can become a million-dollar claim.
